Snazzy Closet is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation

       Before Shipment

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Refund: Approved cancellations receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

        After Shipment

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy.
  1. Returns & Exchanges

        Eligibility

  • Return Period: Within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Exclusions: Personalized/customized products are not returnable, unless defective.

        Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact customer support with order details.
  • Approval & Shipping: Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.

  • Processing Time: Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Mode: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
