- Order Processing & Delivery
Order Confirmation & Processing
- Orders are processed upon successful payment and confirmation.
- Custom orders require multiple approvals, and we will contact you for final confirmation before production.
- Order processing for custom merchandise usually ranges between 2-21 days depending on the amount of customization and availability of the material, which is informed in advance before placing the order to the customer.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard shipping: 2-7 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or necessary quality checks.
Shipping Policy
- Single-location bulk orders: Free shipping is provided.
- Multi-location or door-to-door shipping: Additional charges apply.
- Design Finalization & Customization
- Custom designs will be shared for approval before production.
- Once approved, no modifications or cancellations can be accommodated.
- Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen-to-fabric differences, which is well within accepted industry standard margins.
- Sizing & Product Variations
- All products follow Snazzy Closet’s official size chart.
- Minor variations in print placement, embroidery, or colours may occur due to production constraints, which is well within accepted industry standard margins.
- Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and the invoice is generated.
- Due to the nature of custom products, a 100% penalty applies to cancellations after confirmation.
- Refund & Replacement Policy
- We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and processed.
- If an issue arises due to our error, we will offer a free replacement within 7 business days.
- Requests for replacements must be made within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by valid unboxing proof of defect (images/videos).
- Liability & Disclaimer
- Snazzy Closet’s ensures strict quality control, but minor deviations in final products are normal.
- We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including logistics issues beyond our control.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, with legal recourse in applicable Indian courts.
- Updates to Terms & Conditions
- Snazzy Closet’s reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
